Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will attend a tripartite summit of China, Japan and South Korea in Japan. The summit, scheduled for Dec. 13 in Fukuoka, will also bring together Japanese PM Taro Aso and S Korean President Lee Myung-bak.
Commerce chief: Yuan's depreciation "small and normal"
The recent depreciation of China's currency against the U.S. dollar was normal and China won't rely on a weaker yuan to boost exports, Commerce Minister Chen Deming said on Thursday.
